These high-quality plated diamond laps are perfect for rough shaping, removing deep saw marks, and establishing the initial dome on cabochons. Constructed with premium, uniformly graded diamond particles securely bonded to a rigid backing plate, they offer excellent longevity and a consistently flat grinding surface. They mount easily to Ameritool flat laps and standard arbor machines. Available in various coarse to medium grits, these laps are the essential first step in your lapidary polishing sequence.
