Our Story
Lapidary Gear started when our founders couldn't find a dedicated, trustworthy place to buy used cabbing machines online. General marketplaces were flooded with irrelevant tools or scams, and specialized forums lacked secure payment options.
We created this platform to bring modern marketplace features—secure checkout, verified sellers, and robust search—to the lapidary arts. Our goal is to keep quality machinery in circulation and help both beginners and masters find the tools they need to create beautiful work.
Lapidary Gear is based in Denver, Colorado, and serves buyers and sellers across the United States.
